The Upper Room Discourse
Beginning Sunday January 12th, the Adult I Sunday School class will host a short study on the first section of this passage, with focus upon John 15:11.  This study will last approximately six weeks and is open to all who are college-age and above.  We meet at 10:30am in the double classroom on the northeast end of the building and all are welcome.

Be Mature: Study of James: Chapter 3

Perhaps of all the books in the New Testament, James most squarely focuses on results. His pull-no-punches approach to spiritual maturity, his preference for action over words, makes his text the perfect backdrop for a study of how to grow in our faith.

Beloved author and teacher, Warren Wiersbe, leads you through this practical book with advice on how to overcome temptation, controlling the tongue, effective prayer, and how to practice what the Bible teaches. If you're going to make progress in these areas, you will need a growing faith and dependence on Christ because as James claims, "Every good and perfect gift is from above."

Now with study questions and updated foreword by Ken Baugh, Be Mature makes the perfect guide through your study of James. Trust Warren Wiersbe's 40+ years of experience to instruct you on important truths from God's Word.

Camp Ministries

Established in 1947, Camp Pearl was founded for the purpose of serving fourteen independent Bible Churches in Southeast Texas and Louisiana, and is financially supported by those churches,  countless individuals, and other churches. What started as a two-week summer camp has grown into seven weeks of camps during the summer, and weekend retreats and property rentals most every weekend.
Camp Pearl has a fifty-six acre campus and a staff of seven. Camp Pearl offers camping, conferences, retreats, and seminars throughout the year for every age group.

Bertram Bobb

Located in the heart of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, on the shores of Pine Creek Lake, in the foothills of the Kiamichi Mountains in scenic southeastern Oklahoma. The camp is 7 miles north of Hwy 3 at Ringold OK.
Bertram Bobb Bible Camp was built in 1971 by Rev. Bertram E. Bobb, a respected leader of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. and for the past 52 years BBBC has been providing kids and youth of Southeastern Oklahoma the  opportunity to experience a week of recreation, fun and fellowship in a Christ-centered environment.
Many campers have had life changing experiences through the ministry that takes place at Bertram Bobb Bible Camp and we pray that God will continue to do great things in the lives of young people for years to come.
